Beautiful Rose wood case half column clock by the Columbus Clock Company, of Columbus Mississippi. Believed to be the only model produced by the Columbus Clock Company, it features a Wm. L. Gilbert movement. This clock was marketed exclusively in the South. A real southern made and sold clock. The wood case was partly refinished years ago. The columns retain their original finish and gold leafing. There are the usual veneer chips around the bottom normally found on this style case. Do not let these little flaws discourage you, great old clocks in this condition are becoming extremely hard to find. Everything is original and it is in good running order. I have three of these clocks available.
