Solid Walnut case profusely carved French table clock. Be sure to click on the picture to see all the detailed carving. Typical high quality round French movement is signed E. Schirrmann, Paris Rue Royal 7. It strikes the hour and the half hour on a bell. This is a very unusual style case, only one like it I've ever seen. Nice carved dish at top, very handy for keeping the key.
